Martin Depisch Perth / Vienna
Martin brings a unique blend of investment banking and private equity expertise across Europe and Australia, including listings, de-listings, and takeovers on the ASX.
Previously, Martin served as Executive Chairman of Stirling Resources Ltd., Redbank Copper Ltd., and Swan Gold Mining Ltd. His entrepreneurial journey includes the takeover, management and sale of plastic packaging company EXPAN GmbH.
With a solid foundation in investment banking, Martin has held roles such as Transactor at UBS Zurich Investment Banking and Vice President at CAIB Investment Banking, Vienna.
A low key networker Martin likes to change hemispheres depending on the weather for cycling. Reach out if you'd like to discuss a deal or go for a ride.
Martin has an MBA of Karl Franzens University, Graz and has studied at Harvard University and UCSB.

Dr Gabriela Depisch-Holicky / Perth
Gabriela connects European technology leaders with Australian investors.

A former Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, head of Strategy to the CEO of Swarovski, Gabriela has also led businesses out of crisis - like Lighting Brand Bomma. Gabriella's work in Business Development includes clients as Dior, Chanel, Dr Böhm and several MedTech startups.
Gabriela holds a Master's degree in Economics and a PhD (Vienna University of Economics and Business, Alpe Adria University, HEC Paris).

Dr Andreas Ludwig / Vienna
Andreas is the former CEO and CFO of several European industrial groups, often recognized as 'hidden champions'. Notable milestones include orchestrating successful IPOs on both NASDAQ & the Vienna Stock Exchange following rigorous operational turnarounds. A former Managing Director at UBS in London Andreas has significant expertise in international financial transactions.
Former Chairman, CEO and CFO positions include Umdasch AG Group, Zumtobel Group AG, UBS Warburg, Swarovski/Tyrolit (US, CH, AT).
Andreas is currently the Chairman of BGO Holding GmbH,
Ebner Industrieofenbau Gesellschaft m.b.H., EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH, Rail Holding AG (WESTbahn), among multiple roles as trustee.
